download .deb files
wget "http://network-games.eu.org/download/FreeCIV+-+client.deb”
wget “http://network-games.eu.org/download/FreeCIV+-+data.deb”
wget “http://network-games.eu.org/download/FreeCIV+-+server.deb“
and install
sudo dpkg -i freeciv*.deb
for solve dependencies
sudo apt-get -f install
and try install again
